    Climate engineering detox

    Vitamin E - almonds are the best source;
    Vitamin C - dark leafy greens (watercress is the healthiest!), kiwifruit, lemon, grapefruit, orange, broccoli, berries, tomatoes and papayas) – best to take it with vitamin E (with almonds);
    Olive leaves – Put one teaspoon in 3dl cold water, heat and boil for about 2-3 minutes, let it go for about 15-20 minutes. Take it 2 hours after a meal, for period of 15 days, then pause for 8 days;
    Asparagus – it contains glutathione, a very potent antioxidant, known for its detoxifying properties;
    Hemp seed oil – work your way up to 4 teaspoons per day;
    Turmeric – take a pinch per day, preferably with a little black pepper;
    Saffron – 14 threads per day is sufficient (it’s about 20 milligrams);
    Flaxseeds – grounded preferably. Work your way up to 3 tablespoon per day;
    Ceylon cinnamon (not cassia!) – take a pinch per day;
    Cilantro (coriander) – a teaspoon of dried cilantro would be enough, however, I recommend taking it for 2 days, than pause one day.
    Sulfur rich food – garlic, onions (preferably purple ones), broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, watercress (the healthiest green vegetable! Had to write it twice ), mushrooms. Try to eat at least something from the list per day;
    Malic acid – food sources: pineapple, cranberries, gooseberries, raspberries, apples. I suggest to take a slice of pineapple per day;
    Iodine – best sources are Himalayan salt and cranberries. I suggest you to get rid of plain table salt and use only Himalayan salt. Take one teaspoon on a daily basis;
    Activated Charcoal – take it 2 hours before meals and/or prescription medications. Look for activated charcoal which is made from coconut shells. Avoid activated charcoal powder (because it’s full of artificial sweeteners, loaded with chemicals). Take it on a daily basis.

    Drink demineralised or distilled water.
    Take a cold shower in the morning, and use shower filter to neutralize chlorine in your shower water.
    Don't forget your body needs (morning or afternoon) sunlight to produce vitamin D3.
    Exercise - a half-hour walk can make a big difference.
    Also, go to sleep before 22h, so you get a healthy amount of sleep and rest.

    Kind regards
